Project Engineering
Calculating the results of major changes by installing Low NOx-burners. Boilerdimensions and burnerposition are scheduled in 3D-graphics. By using CFD (Computer Fluid Dynamics) different flowcharacteristics are compared and optimized for capacity, pressure, temperature and the rating of heat transfer. Design – or redesign – of electronics and instrumentation for individual fuel systems. Integrated PLC-implementation, both hardware and software.

OEM-production site of 10.000 qm for burner fabrication, welding, mechanics and assembly.
Site erection
World-wide delivery, erection, commissioning, testing and inspection.
Service
Service concepts for maintenance, (emission) monitoring and spare parts. To start a long term cooperation LTSA’s are used to define services and the supply of spare parts.
